Shipping

All orders placed will be ready to ship within two business days, regardless of the shipping method. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be ready to ship within the next two working business days. Orders shipping to the East Coast will arrive in 3-5 business days. Orders shipping to the West Coast will arrive in 7-10 business days.

We offer free ground shipping on all consumer orders over $50 shipping to the continental United States.

We use USPS as our standard carrier. We ship to residential and business addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APOs/ FPOs, or Freight Forwarding Facilities.

International Shipping

International shipping charges will be included in your order depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. You will also be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment arriving in the selected country which are not controlled or issued by Mimi Bunni.

Returns

​

We hope you love everything you ordered, but in case you don’t, you may return any product purchased on www.mimibunni.com within 14 days from the date of shipment for a refund or store credit. Please contact customer service for a free shipping label. The returns must be in original packaging with tags, unused (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Original shipping charges and gift wrapping are non-refundable. We do not accept returns for items not purchased on www.mimibunni.com. If you purchased a Mimi Bunni product from anywhere other than www.mimibunni.com, please reference the return policy of the company you purchased it from.

Returns are processed within 7 business day of receipt.

 

After 14 days from the date of shipment, we’ll gladly consider any items for return that are defective due to a manufacturing defect. All returns will be inspected, the defective pieces must have tags attached, unused, unworn and unwashed. If you’ve received a gift purchased from www.mimibunni.com, please contact customer service for a Return Authorization and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

To serve you most efficiently, please process your original order as a return and make sure to send back the items within 14 days to avoid being ineligible for a refund. You will place a new order for the new piece.
